Is the hair double drawn or single drawn?
Our extensions are double drawn for a fuller, more luxurious finish from root to tip.
Care & Maintenance
How do I wash my extensions?
Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Always wash gently and avoid tangling.
Can I use heat styling tools?
Yes — but always use a heat protectant spray to maintain hair quality.
Can I sleep or swim with extensions in?
Yes, but we recommend tying hair in a loose braid to prevent tangling. Rinse and condition hair after swimming.
Application & Removal
Can I install Velisse extensions myself?
We strongly recommend professional installation for best results and to maintain hair health.
How long do they last?
With proper care, Velisse extensions can last 6–9 months. Nano beads should be repositioned every 6–8 weeks.
Are nano beads damaging?
Not at all — they’re one of the safest extension methods when installed and maintained correctly.

Where do you ship to?

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm qualify for next-day delivery (excluding weekends).
Do you accept returns?
